Buying & Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse products, click "Add to Cart", then proceed to checkout. You will need to log in to complete your purchase.

Can I order from multiple sellers at once?

Yes. You can add products from multiple sellers in one cart. Each seller's products are grouped separately in your order.

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, visit your profile page and go to "My Orders". You will see real-time status updates for each shipment.

What if a product is out of stock after I order?

You will be notified immediately and given the option to switch to a similar product or receive a full refund.

Delivery & Shipping

What areas do you deliver to?

RootCart currently delivers across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery time varies by location.

How long does delivery take?

Within Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. Express delivery may be available depending on the seller.

Is there a minimum order for free delivery?

Free delivery thresholds vary by seller. Check the product page for the seller's specific delivery terms.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, major debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

How do I get a refund?

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of any issue. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.

For Sellers

How do I register as a seller?

Visit our "Become a Seller" page, submit your details and documents, and our team will review your application within 2–3 business days.

When do I receive payment for my sales?

Payments are settled weekly to your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account after successful delivery confirmation.

Can I offer discounts or promotions?

Yes. The seller dashboard lets you create coupon codes, run flash sales, and boost product visibility.

Account & Profile

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. We will send a reset link to your registered email or SMS to your phone.

Can I change my phone number or email?

Yes, from your Profile Settings. You will need to verify the new contact details before the change takes effect.
