Returns & Damaged Goods
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund — your choice.
Returns are not required for damaged fresh produce; photos are sufficient.
Non-perishable items may need to be returned in original packaging.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
